Sounds lovely! I really need to buckle down and start being more prepared.
My goal for the week!!! Be prepared. getting ready to bake eggplant parmesan... w/o eggs. Some crock pot (slow cook if that's what you young peep call it) dishes would be good now that the weather has changed.
