Alright, this one was TRICKY. We've had it all from pastas to pizza to canollis. So how were we gonna pull this thing off?

Well for starters, Faizah never follows the rules precisely, so she made a fusion meal combining Asian & Italian influence Tomato & Soy Chicken Thighs with Orzo Pasta were on the menu. Safa B won the prize for the night making a delicious White Spinach & Gorgonzola Pizza with Pine Nuts, just unbelievable! Safa S. made a hearty and savory White Bean & Italian Sausage Soup. Sharria raised the bar with her Grilled Shrimp & Fettuccine Alfredo. Pounds were gained that day.

First up is Aisha, she brought a Vegetable Lasagna that we all lovedFatma made a delightful Beef Biriyani from her home country,  Khadija M, went Asian on us and made a bowl of Udon Soup. Naadira made a wonderful Curried Shrimp & Brown Rice entree. Nafisa loves to make Iranian food, so she surprised us with a wonderfularrangement of Iranian Styled Turkey Patties & Bread with Cucumber and Sour Cream. Safa B. made Quesidillas that blew me away! Safa S. made Pesto stuffed Chicken Breasts, yum. Last but certainly not least was Sharria's Jamaican Beef Patties. There is no word to really explain the flavor or texture, my lexicon only allows for AWESOME! Faizah made Black Bean Smothered Chicken with Rice.
